Hearing Damage from Excessive Loud Music is mostly Permanent & Preventable!

Three (3) basic rules of Healthy Hearing:

  • Check– have your hearing tested regularly to see if there is any change.
  • Rest– take breaks from high noise levels, both at work and leisure – 10 minutes rest for every hour is recommended.
  • Protect your hearing!  - wear proper and effective hearing protection at all times, especially if you work in noise (including music).
